Purchase of documents
Learn how to purchase society documents via ROS eServices—search, select, and pay for official copies online.
Constitutions and Annual Returns (excluding audited Statement of Accounts) may be purchased via the Purchase of Documents e-service.
Audited Statements of Accounts are only available for purchase by society members.

What you should know
Members of the public are encouraged to purchase available documents online via the Purchase of Documents e-service at ROS eServices. The following options are available for the purchase of documents:
No Certified True Copy Required - $10
Certified True Copy Required - $65 search fee
Additional $5 fee per page for successful document extraction
All other documents not available online (e.g. statement of accounts) - $65 search fee
Additional $5 fee per page for successful document extraction
All document purchase fees are non-refundable.
For certified true copy and all other documents not available online, Registry of Societies will contact you within 3-5 working days for the purchase upon successful payment of $65 search fee through the document purchase e-service.
What information you need
You will need to login to ROS eServices to purchase society documents. For members of societies, please login via the “For Registered Societies” button. Non-members should login via the “For Individual User” button.
You may be required to provide your identification documents such as membership identification for the purchase of statement of accounts.
What to expect
Upon successful payment, for other documents not available online, ROS will contact you within 3 to 5 working days. To access the purchased document(s), log in to ROS eServices via Singpass and click on the "Document Purchased" tab on the dashboard.
The link(s) for the purchased document(s) is/are only available in the dashboard for seven (7) calendar days from the time of purchase. Please retrieve your purchased documents within this timeframe.
